I am somewhat new to home brewing but I am catching on the more I do it. I brew beer, wine and soon cider and mead. I started my first batch of beer a couple years ago with some help from my dad and his equipment. I have slowly gotten my own wine/cider setup (don't have a brew pot and all that for beer and mead and the like yet). I have made 3 batches of wine so far and have plenty of plans for more later on. Eventually I want to open my own small batch winery and expand from there.
