It is a question about weather or not i should add yeast at bottling time because i aged it in the carboy since February. i look at articles on the site but got no definite answer weather i should or not, also i read about using wine yeast for it but is it any better then just useing the same...
Long time viewer, first time poster. I from NC and love to make my own home brew and now venturing into making mead and need a little help i tasted it while i was in Germany and now love it and want to make it.
This will be the first time i have ever made a mead.The question is i bought a mead kit AHB, the dry mead kit, i was wondering could i make it into a cyser. If not what do i have to do to be able to turn it into one. thx for any help.
