    Edwort's Apfelwein

    Have made three 5 gal batches now, added 1tsp/gal nutrient each time when mixing. Ferminted in the extra bedroom next to the MB, and no smell that I noticed at all. Not that I go out of my way to stick my nose against the airlock every day, tho.

    22488+5 (prev post)+5 = 22,498 Third batch, original recipe. First two taste so good I hate to deviate!

    946+5=951 SWMBO loves the first batch, so another one is overdue...I think summer is almost here.
