So my first batch has been in the primary fermenter for about two weeks now.
Fermentation is complete. However, I ran into some money trouble... don't have any extra bottles around nor do I have the ability to buy a keg.
What are my options for serving the beer straight from the fermenter...
OK, so I'm in need of space to start putting together my brewing operation.
My question is this: Do I have to find a space that is zoned for commercial or industrial use?
I need less than 1000 sq ft so this limits my options.. I considered renting office space but something tells me...
Didn't know this. As a new brewer living in Texas working on establishing a brand and building a brewery this sucks!
I dunno about this though:
"In Texas, it's illegal for a festival to even mention beer. And it's strictly forbidden for a beer company to donate alcohol."
I've been to sxsw...
I was considering getting a kit from my local home brewing store but if I can start working on a higher capacity setup right away - that's what I'd prefer to do.
If I'm going to search on Craigslist or whatever..in your opinion what should I try to get first?
I've got $300 to spend right now.
Hello all.
I'm a student at The University of North Texas looking to get into brewing.
Just subscribed to Brew Your Own magazine and can't wait to get started.
I'm going to call my company "Unfabled" and we'll be living up to this:
Main Entry: indisputable
Part of Speech: adjective...
