My only tips for doing the logo transfer is to first make sure you are using a copy from a laser printer, inkjet will not work. Sand the area where you are putting the logo as smooth as possible. Set the iron as hot as it will go, grab a homebrew, and just keep moving the iron back and forth...

How To Make A Beer Crate For 12oz Beer Bottles

The lumber store near me only sells them in eight foot lengths so it takes two 1x2 and two 1x3 furring strips to build one. I have quite a bit left over, but not enough to make a complete crate. Doing some quick math to figure how much you need to make 5 crates assuming you use eight foot...

Great idea!!! I wonder how your concept would work with nylon cord threaded into a grid pattern? I think I might try that. Nylon cord is cheaper than 1/8 inch hard board and easier to work with.

That's a cool idea, I like it. BTW, Lowes sells 69 inch fence pickets - you need to make sure you get the 72 inch ones. These are the ones I've used before...

The pickets I used are 3.5 inches wide and 72 inches long. I used a nail gun and wood glue to put it together. The nails are 2 inch finishing nails.

Build A Beer Crate Out Of Two Fence Pickets

This beer crate was developed out of necessity. The cardboard boxes that beer bottles come in are great until you rip a handle or the bottom tears out while carrying your freshly brewed nectar. My goal was to come up with a cheap method of protecting my precious brews without sacrificing on...
