I have started a recipe from Andy Hamiltons "booze for free". its called sort of cider. I don't quite understand how to do a certain part and was hoping someone could clear it up please. ingredients are 1kg apples 500g sugar 4 litres water thumb sized piece of bruised ginger half tsp cloves...

Made some blackberry wine and the bubbling has stopped in the airlock. I just racked it to get rid of the lees. Now seems to be bubbling again after I racked it? I'm new to this so any help would be great. Thanks.

I started my first wine the other day and i have put the wine from my fermentation bin into the demijohn with an airlock on. That is bubbling away nicely, however it wouldnt all fit so it is still in the bin. However the bit thats left will not fill another Demijohn is it still ok to put it...
