    Gluten free and vegan beer

    I want to try to brew something like Ninkasi's Spring Reign. Their website lists 2-Row Malt and Biscuit with a starting gravity of 1.056, and 38 IBUs using Santium, Simcoe, and Ahtanum.     Witbier What the WIT - White IPA

    I brewed this a few times with two entire orange peals (white bits too) and one oz corriander in the last fifteen minutes of the boil. It's been my favorite homebrew so far!
