    norhtern brewer ak47 - not happy with the taste

    Never tried it that kit, but it sounds like it needs to age a little. The watery part will go away. Sounds like a batch that you need to let your friends finish off.

    Tap a draft system

    Maybe someone has a better experience than me with them, but you have to put the bottles on their side and I have trouble with them leaking when they build up pressure. That's only with the caps. No problems leaking when the tap is installed.

    I used Puree. Real blueberries were too expensive this year. And I bottled it yesterday.
