Collecting Snow To Use as Water

I used snow last year when i was brewing during a snow storm just for fun. I once substituted my striking water with yellow snow and ended up with PBR, so use caution.

    To cold to brew?

I brew on my front porch, i put a piece of cardboard down to soak up spills. I brewed last weekend in 20deg weather. Harder to keep mash temp but cooling is much faster.

    Mr. Beer question

Mr beer kit tend to be weak on there own. Even if you put 3/4 of the second can it would be a improvement. Could turn out something really good and easy to brew.
