    Went to bottle Hefe from primary and airlock just bubbled!

    :mug: My LHBS owner swears by the two minute bubble method and it works pretty good for me. If the bubbles are two minutes apart then it is okay to bottle.

    Whole Hops

    We made our first batch w/ whole hops yesterday and did not strain out the hops when we moved to the primary. Will this cause any problems with the beer other than loss of yeild? Thanks guys for all of your help

    Aluminum Brewpot

    I have heard that an aluminum brewpot will give the beer an off flavor. Is this true. I have been using a 3 gallon stainless but I have a bigger aluminum that I could use. Anyone use aluminum without any problems?
