    SACH is used on this forum what does it mean?

    yep thats all people were making a sour beer they kept saying use Sach + lacto. I know what lacto bacter is just not sach.

    Hell yeah Ohio rocks. I started brewing all grain then reverted back lol. I don't have **** for space right now. Brewed 50 gallons of cider though. Man is it good pressed it myself.

    Nice to see a great board like this. Ran across this site while trying to find a clone for Dogfish Head Festina Peche. No luck on the clone yet:( but maybe soon.It to me is a amazing beer. A Berliner Weisse which is a little used beer anymore and it uses lactobacillus culture. if anyone can help...

    It sounds awesome i would like to point out that aztecs didn't really believe the world was going to end.Simply it was just the dawning of a new age. Also 2012 by their calender which had no leap year. So your missing like 400 days so sometime in 2011 will be the end lol.
