Gosh, I have so far to go with my build. But this is an inspiration. So many possibilities. I am limited a bit because I have to be mobile. Once I retire from the service and move home I will be ready to create a masterpiece.

1. I fell short of volume. I used about 11 gallons of water w/ a 13.5 lb grain bill. My guess is that I have more equipment loss than I allowed for. So I will bump up my allowance there for the next one.

I have so many questions but I keep using the FAQ and web searches.
I will stick with extract for awhile and get better at this first and save up for the equipment to do all grain.

I am new to homebrewing (my first brew is in the secondary right now).
I love IPAs more than any other style. I want to improve my abilities with extracts and then move on to whole grain brewing.
