    Filtering wort

    I'm sure there are a ton of threads about this on here but just wanted a second opinion. Is it necessary to filter/strain the wort into the fermenter after the boil?     Racking to secondary fermentation...too soon?

    So today I transferred into Carboy after a week in a sealed and air locked bucket. I didn't look to see if the airlock was still bubbling. I also didn't take a hydrometer reading. As I was syphoning I saw the wort still bubbling. I finished anyway. What effect will it have on the beer if it...
