I brew beer on my partners farm in an old dairy which I am converting to a micro brewery. My farmer bloke grows Maris Otter so if you buy MO malt from Warminster it might be his (enough for 2 million pints). The old dairy will be a fermentation unit for wine and beer for friends and family to play in and maybe one day I will sell beer at the farmers market. I'm getting hooked on all grain brews and experimenting with different malts and I want to learn wine. I use old dairy tanks and chiller units, made some nice beer but its not ideal yet.
