Brewed this recipe yesterday. Substituted in a Belgium yeast to create a Citra-Belgique. Will followup in a month and let you know how it turned out.

Okay, I'm with you on this Yooper. I think "citrusy" and "Arrogant Bastard" are not congruent. It would be a shame to ruin such a great recipe just 'cuz I'm too cheap to go buy the correct hops. Thanks, /D

I too was adverse to building a collar and went with a dual tower. If I had to do it again, I think I'd go with the collar and individual taps. It's a pain to open the keezer and worry about being far enough from the wall so the tower doesn't hit. Plus to add another tap (3rd) I need to buy...
