Brewed this amount a month ago. Next time I’ll add the bittering hops at 30 mins, as it’s a bit too bitter for my tastes. Otherwise it’s a great brew!

Our water in Mass comes from the Quabbin reservoir and it is treated minimally, so I dont think its a mineral / water salt issue. The recipe was pretty bland, just water and honey, plus nutrient/DAP.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Birdman Brewing. My wife got me a nice tower and Perlicks for Xmas this past year, which she ordered from Birdman. I finally got around to putting my kegerator together last week and things are working flawlessly. Cheers! DC
