I am in the market for a new kettle.
Do you have any recommandation about model, size etc...
I brew 3gal batches and don't think to go any larger.
I presently use my pressure canner pot(aprox. 5 gal.) to brew and I don't want to drill it as I would get some features as valve...
Thanks for advice. I will switch Citra for magnum.
The Caramunich is for colour as I have some in stock. Is it strange? Should I use it in other recipe?

It's not my first attempt with those recipes. I did hit OG on the third previous beer from them.
I didn't notice anything different on this brewing day except maybe the time...
