Picked up a couple kit around 10 months ago I came across one I didn't use. My question is you guys think the grain is still any good to brew with it has been in an air tight bag, it is milled already. If it still good I was going to pick up some yeast and brew a kit

Normally dont use them at all for any steps in brewing,

I see a lot of threads that say water only a couple time a week, that never worked for me i water once or even twice a day if it is really hot and never had a problem. My thinking is you can do more damage to the plant under watering then over watering.

I just noticed that mistake . P-J answered the disable switch question.

The buzzer alarm will go off when you hit your mash temp and the disable switch is just for safety, if something starts to go wrong hit the switch and it will kill power to the control panel.
