apricots! centennial for bittering hop and citra after that would be much better i think

just brewed a lavender wheat.... was going to add lavender during boil, but my friend suggested throwing it in the mash, so we did....it smelled amazing with some honey malt...i can't wait to see how it come out

Hmmm...ok, thank you. I will rethink the honey malt but stick to my guns when it comes to biscuit!

Is biscuit malt a no-no in an IPA? 82% American 2-row 9% biscuit malt 9% honey malt Any thoughts?
