    Are these force carbonating instructions B.S.?

    So, I just want to clearly lay this out just so I can be sure I am force carbing correctly: 1. Transfer from primary to keg, seal and chill to 35-40 degrees 2. Hook up CO2, and pump it up to 30psi for about 36 hours 3. Purge after 36 hours and before dropping to 12-14psi for serving 4...

    Caramel Coffee Stout

    I have actually been debating whether to do something similar to this using real caramel. Does anyone have experience using real caramel and whether the flavor carries through to the final product? Looking forward to winter beers!

    Sweet Potato ale (fall ale)

    Looks like a great recipe! I might try this in a couple weeks once my Pale Ale is kegged. I feel like incorporating some traditional holiday ingredients, namely brown sugar, could do this beer some serious justice. My family puts marshmallows in as well, not sure how that'd work out if used...
