Thank you. This will help a lot. I remember my buddies and I sitting in Mr Gattis pizza and eating pizza and drinking a couple pitchers. They just don’t make beer like that anymore.

Back in the late seventies wand early eighties we used to go to a local pizza place and get a pitcher of a dark on tap Budweiser. If anyone has heard of it and know of a home brew recipe I could get I would appreciate it.

Brewed beer a few years ago but just didn’t have enough time to keep it up but now that I’m retired I’m going to dust off the old equipment and try to get going again. Thinking about adding mead to my repertoire. Thanks TBG
