    Cheers for the replies guys. I'm back home now, so I'll just up the temperature for a couple of days and see if it's ready to bottle then. That picture of a bottle bomb looks pretty harrowing, so I'll make sure I'm careful!

    I suppose i was primarily referring to sitcomes. Peep Show and The Thick Of It are the only really hugh quality ones in the last few years, whereas there's been loads of American sitcomes in that time. Sorry for dragging the thread off topic ;)
