I think the last couple of lines were a through off. The main point I took was how much craft brew is growing and how much BMC is shrinking. Craft brew will probably never hit 50% market share, but it's heading in the right direction. Not that I hate BMC, I had a couple Coors last night.

I live in Oregon and will be going to a three day Giants homestand against the Dodgers. Three day guys trip all within walking distance of the stadium. Of course I will be taking some homebrew to share with my California friends. Good times, can't wait.

I have only done one all grain myself and am a complete noob, but you didn't say if you are batch or fly sparging. I batch sparged and used Denny's technique. Here is the link for how to do it if you haven't seen it yet. http://hbd.org/cascade/dennybrew/
