I picked up a Janet's Brown all grain clone from AHS and brewed it on sunday, question is, when to dry hop it. Should I just wait till the airlock action slows or wait a couple weeks then rack to secondary and dry hop?

Is there any dual purpose kettle size? I do 5 gallon batches now but would like to be able to do 10's in the future without upgrading all my equipment. Is a keggle or other 15 gallon kettle a good size for both batch sizes?
