I was hoping you would chime in on this topic. do you just set to the desired psi and wait? Was what i read about priming sugar not regularly used?
I have kegged a few beers now and there carbonation has turned out good but after some searching on HBT I just want to make sure that I am doing it right.

That kicks A$$! Craigslist has been good to me also. I watched it for about a month and got a very similar set up for the same price. I went to my LHBS and did a quick pricing and figured i got into kegging about $500-600 cheaper not including the fridge! So i totally feel your excitement...

I worked at a fish plant for a summer and besides the $5000 unit i would have to say a $50-100 food saver will do about anying they (trust me i have tried) like someone else has metioned Costco seems to have great bag deals if you buy in bulk. They have the more expensive sealers also

I have done a few batches now but have never used yeast nutrient. I will be pitching a rehydrated dry yeast (no starter) and wanted to add some nutrient to the wort in the carboy. Is this a bad idea? if this is recomended do i need to boil it for the last 5min to sanitize? thanks for the info...
