This is the beer I brewed last night. 3rd all-grain batch. I always taste it and leave the rest of it in the tube Til morning so I get to see it cleared up. I'm excited for my version of cream of three crops. I think everyone in the house is going to drink this so I better like making it.

I may be brewing on Friday night it depends, I'm broke, already spent this months beer allowance :) My father-in-law really wants to brew a 10% beer that looks like coors light. :) Other then that probably no brewing for me.

I'm searching for a used Mr Beer locally for rice batches and small beer batches.

The only ones I've gotten from the LHBS have been 1liter flip-tops. I probably have 200 clear for emergency use and for my rice wine and other beverages. I have enough brown bottles to do about 15 gallons of beer. I like bombers more then the 12oz bottles though.

Why did I wait so long to get this? Anyone know what hope is in this?
