I'm committed to the breweasy! cessick7 distracted me for a few days, but I'm still going with the US made blichmann.

    Breweasy vs. Braumeister

How is it working out colonel? I was about to pull the trigger on the brew easy until I found the braumeister. I'm not too keen on the metric only or adding water after the boil, but looks like a good compact system for indoor use.

    brewershardware jacketed coni+glycol ?'s

So I assume you have a ranco or johnson temp controller that is controlling your glycol chiller? That is one question I have and I have asked Curtis at brewers hardware and he suggested I contact the glycol manufacturer, which I have with no response.

Jacketed Conical with glycol chiller or Conical and fridge?

I currently (and have always) ferment in buckets and carboys in a temp controlled deep freeze. I'm ready to buy my first conical but want to be able to lager and control the temp with ease. I'd rather buy a turn key solution as I have no time to tinker. I've looked at the glycol line...

I am about to get my first and have not been able to find any reviews, videos, etc on the jacketed 15g conical. I'm specifically wanting to know how it works with a dedicated glycol chiller used...

Adding Vanilla to a Porter with Chocolate Wheat

I just made a chocolate/vanilla porter. I added .5lb of baker chocolate at flameout, fermented for a week, then added 3 pods to secondary. I cut the 3 pods in thirds, scraped the middles and added all of the matter to the 5 gal batch. It's been sitting in the secondary for 4 days and I plan...

    "Cereal Killer" grain mill

I have used it for 5 batches now and it's a decent performer. I can't compare to anything else because this is my first and only grain mill. First thing is the rubber O-rings they installed on the drive roller (to provide friction and drive the second roller) disintegrated after 2 uses. I found...
