Just bought some Hopslam and Hopsickle on my recent trip to DC. I'll, more than likely, be enjoying one or both of those options in the next few hours.

You might want to remove the timer. I had one like that from Sam's that I ended up taking back for other reasons, but the timer is annoying because you have to keep remembering to crank it back up to the full 15-20 minutes (or whatever yours will do). There's a good video on youtube about...

I'm currently in the Jackson, MS, area, and I am rather new to brewing. I've been reading this site for a while, now, gathering all sorts of info from this vast wealth of knowledge, so thanks! Anyway, I brewed my first batch about 2 weeks ago, and it is currently carbing in my chest freezer.

I have tried searching, but haven't found much. Does anyone in the Jackson, MS, area know of a place that will refill CO2 tanks? I bought mine new and don't want to exchange it for some older tank. Thanks.
