I have a question regarding how Brewfather calculates PH?
I have filled in my water profile with information from my local water source and the ph is 8.5 and everytime I make a new recipe and add my ingredients Brewfather tells me its around 5.8 and does all adjustments based of that...
Ok so this happened:
I released all pressure but it was really fermenting like crazy because the pressure kept on rising so i had to open the valve fully and when i unscrewed the dip tube post wort came flying out so i pushed in the new one fast and screwed it tight.

It's day one alright but I am using voss kveik at 38 degrees celsius so it's fermenting like crazy!

I started fermenting yesterday in one of my cornys and forgot to put in a cut or floating dip tube and now have my normal length tube in there. Is there anyway to save this beer and get it into a secondary without any trub/yeast?
