Started brewing using Williams Warn kit (couple of Kiwis who make an all-in-one ferment, condition and serve system) and have moved on to all grain using a Grainfather. Only been brewing all grain since 2022 but am all in with 10 batches already since about Oct 22 as of May 23. Mostly brewing German and Bohemian styles.
