I don't know if the lemonade bottles of waited for a bottle conditioning in fact I'm pretty sure not. I mostly make low or non alcoholic ginger beer and these work well for that.

If anyone is interested there are swing top bottles of lemonade 1 liter. For sale at big lots for 3 dollars. This is cheaper than empty swing top bottles anywhere else I have found them and you get to drink a soda.

The reason I added ginger pre boil and post boil is that it gives you a more complex ginger profile.
