This year I doubled the pumpkin and dialed back the spices some but I'm interested to hear how yours turns out

Slight hiss but very small head originally

Tasted really barley heavy there weren't a lot of hops to taste and like I said a very distinct honey taste but very malt heavy

Will try the vodka and shine later and yes I brought it to my local brewery to share the wealth!

Ok so the taste....,, imagine behemoth barleywine but flatter with honey added overall not bad not great but not bad

Bizarro inc sat at the brewery talked about it some girl at the bars like I'm from fort Wayne says her last name is berghoff turns out she's a descendant of the owners lol and I'm being serious100%

It and I are pulling up to my local brewery (bare hands brewery) I figured I'd share

As the title suggests hit me with your best idea Im personally thinking of dry hopping my honey pale ale (Pale ale with 3.5lbs of orange blossom honey) using the galaxy hops but I'm not sure. All suggestions are welcomed seeing as how I've never used this hop before but I'd like to try cheers :mug:
