    What Sanitisers and Cleaners are used.

    I currently use pretty much the same, dish washing liquid to clean everything and a one step no rinse sanitizer. I will try the oxy with the water I have and see how it works. Never had my water tested, I use a filtered water in my coffee maker and I do have to clean my fixtures with vinegar...

    What is the "wrong water"? I just bought the same oxy product from the local wallymart, mainly from this thread. I was looking for things to clean and sanitize my equipment with out having to run to the local brew store(which isnt so local).

    Hello from Shorewood IL

    The one in St. Charles is the one that got me started way back when, I used to do work in that area. I plan on going there again, just have to plan that trip out, it's not just around the corner. That might be a warmer weather trip, so I can take the scooter and enjoy the hour or so ride.

    Hello all. Great finding this forum. I am just getting back into homebrewing after a 10 yr down time. Got all my equipment, bottles and books from the in laws basement and now I am into my third batch. I look forward to gaining a ton of information here and maybe sharing what little I can.
