    Hi all I started I batch of wine yesterday it's my first time at wine and I just checked it and its makin a sound like its leaking air or gas I have an air lock fitted to top and its bubbling away is this normal

    That's great thanks I think I'll just go ahead with the cane sugar it was fine in my first batch which turned out lovely and really strong to lol looking forward to tasting this one. Would u recommend any particular beer from ur own experience.
