I'm 9 days into my fermenting and realized I never measured the potential alcohol and when I did it read from 15% to 20% potential. Oh no that's to high what should I do, I'm told to stop fermenting and add the potassium sorbate? Thanks for any help!
YES! There is a way to do this! Been time tested for over 3 years now with no problems at all. It's quite easy. All you need to do is heat up the corks in the microwave for 20 seconds on so, you can do more then one at a time as well. This will make the corks very soft and I just push them in...
