    Does the cloudy stuff at the bottom of the fermenter affect reading? In other words, should the sample be clear? My feeling is that it does and gives you a higher reading.

    Can you just lager your beer in a fridge?

    So if I understand correctly, you brew the beer, ferment it, and then place it in the keg and let it sit in the fridge until you're ready to go. And you can do this for 3 to 6 months depending on the strength of your beer?.

    I don't really know. I've never really used Galaxy hops. Although I'm in a brewing club where they have had a Galaxy smash beer recipe, but I never tried it. What is the favorite beer to drink for the tasmanians?

    So if you did a smash beer with the Voss and wanted to get a real citrus edge, what would your grain bill and your hops be? This is for a 5 gallon batch. And if you did a smash with the lutra what do you think the main difference would be between the two smash beers?.

    I am confused which one to experiment with. I would like to start with a "basic" one before I get more detailed and more exotic. Just to learn and get a feel. What do you all recommend?

    What is your favorite way to increase efficiency in Anvil foundry?

    I just brewed an alt bier last night, and I used your technique, and got an OG of 1.065. I haven't really taken the time to study how to measure efficiency, but I know I have a solid 5.5% or more beer. Great for fall. Thanks for your help.
