    Hey all, Answering my own question...what a great lesson in the need to take hydrometer readings...it read out at .999, practically hit the target, so it looks like another good reason to not trust bubbles...though i think i still would have let it go a bit longer in primary.... Tastes...

    Ah, thank you, finally a clear answer, so basically if a mead recipe calls for the standard 3/4c corn sugar, then I know it's a pretty standard carbonation, and i can tweak it within the chart guidelines if I want more or less. Thanks much, Mark
