    Sadly, I don't know any other homebrewers to do this. I have tried to convert some people, but interest is minimal at best. The mix is very light in color. For example, I probably wouldn't have known it had any chocolate in it had the bucket not been labeled.

    All I can provide to this is that I brew 2.5 gallon batches and use 5 gal carboys all the time, without any problems.

    Earlier this year on the blog "A Diary of a Part-Time Monk, the author consumed only homebrew beer for the entirety of lent and he posted updates everyday chronicling his progress. It was pretty interesting to follow at the time.
