I'm going to have to agree with maddad, stone and Mother Earth are great places. If you like aged (primarily aged Belgians) port/ballast point are good too.

I was asking if this is right, it doesn't seem like a lot of apple flavor would come through with only a 1/4 gallon of apple juice. Also, remember that fluid ozs and weight ozs are two different measurements. Some fluids are heavier and the conversion may not be as straight forward.

Was this recipe with 2 lb of apple cider, or should it be 2 gallons? I this 2 lb is about a 1/4 gallon or so.

Great point, but I find it hard to make a good clone. If anyone has a good recipe, i would love to try it out. But for me it's hard to justify making a clone of this as I can get a the freshest version 2L growler for $10 or so and 10 miles away.
