    Original Gravity Too Low

    I'm having this same problem, I've read 1.030 on my last two batches... and I've mixed the crap out of it.... (but I did top off my wort with water because my brew kettle isn't big enough). My recipe says 21L and I'm pretty close to this so should I just assume that when the recipe says...
