I keep reading that a neutral is required from the main panel to the disconnect for the GFCI to work. Do you any more info on how wiring the pigtail to ground will work? Is it because the ground and neutral are bonded in the main panel, so it's basically the same thing?

I think it's cheaper to just change the outlet (I think they are like 8 or 9 bucks) unless you need the outlet for your dryer as well. Mine is just an open outlet.

Does it matter that this is only 20amp? i guess since the brewzilla is only supposed to pull 15 amps it would work fine?

How did you plug the robobrew into the 4 prong outlet? It has a NEMA 6-30R plug.
