    Cheer for the replies. I might try using a wet towel or something to keep it a little cooler.

    Is there a maximum temperature that you wouldn't want to exceed when brewing? It seems that ideal temperature is 24-28/30 degrees celcius, but would a higher temperature (32 or so) affect the beer to any extent? Also, what are the ideal conditions for storing after bottling? Thanks
