    ive made my first beer using Cooper's kit and it was great. They have simplified the process a great deal and me being a newbie i wonder if all those steps i read about are really necessary.     i dont think they have laws for homebrewing!!! usually when a law doesnt exist, the european law applies, i'll have to look into it.
