I just bottled my applewein it bulk aged for 1.5 years. it tastes amazing. i did use regular sugar. I always let mine age for at least 6 months weather it be in a bottle or bulk. I've found that this stuff gets so much better with age, (just make sure u keep your airlock filled) is use...
Yeah cant imagine much would happen with a couple shots from a turkey baster, one pull is bout equal to the size of a shot glass. a gallon would be the ticket if you wanted to do it that night and the homebrew shop was closed. but yeah a $.50 packet of yeast works too

I have a closet downstairs under the steps, it is under gound level and there is no heat in the closet (the rest of the room is heated though). works pretty good. it stays about 60-65 in the summer and 55-60 in the winter. i use it to store my wine. Hello from Southern lanc county

you couldve poured some off of each batch and and just swapped them it wouldve worked the same. (ie 1 gal off of bubbling batch into batch that was inactive, an 1 gal of the inactive into the bubbling batch)
