thanks for the quick reply. I know now after reading things online that i should have either made a starter or used 2-3 more vials. I have yet to venture down that path and make a starter so i guess i will have to get on that before i brew my dopplebbock next week. I guess my only two options...

You could also mash up cherries, about 5-7lbs, and add them to the wort for 20 minutes AT THE END of your boil.Depending on the type of cheery though, you may need to adjust the ph with gypsum or whatever.
