Im a mid-twenties dork homegrown outside Chicago in a town called McHenry. I migrated to Washington care of a four year tour of duty aboard the USS Ohio submarine as a mechanic. I chose Washington because of family living here and i had fallen in love with the area as a young boy.
I became interested in craft beers after my aunt opened my eyes with a Mac N' Jacks Africa Amber. From there i was hooked. Eventually i became good friends with a few of the brewers of Poulsbo (there are four) and volunteered my services to Dave of Slippery Pig Brewery. I'm helping anyway i can and learning every way i can.
I've secured a position at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard as a mechanic, just the same as my navy job, and am perusing a Bachelors in occupational-technical-studies with instructor emphasis (mouthful).
