    Weissbier Honey Orange Hefeweizen

SWMBO is not a beer person, she is a once a quarter Blue Moon type gal, so Yes big compliment. I make her taste every beer that I bring home, or make, and this one is one of the few that she didn't make "the face".

    Weissbier Honey Orange Hefeweizen

I just tried my fully ready version of this recipe tonight, and baby it is good. Even my SWMBO really likes it. The back end of this beer is my favorite part, between the citrus and the wheat, it's a very good beer. Will be drinking 4 gal. During the super bowl.

    Blew up another IPA!!!

On my higher gravity beers, I always start with a blow off tube. Try running your tube straight from your stopper, instead of starting it at the airlock. It has worked numerous times for me.

    DFH 120 minute clone

Just an update for those that are still following this thread. I transferred my beer from the primary to secondary last night and the gravity has stabilized at .007, not too shabby. Tasted the sample again, and HOLY CRAP! Grapefruit and Citrus central. It is not nearly as sweet and syrupy now...

    Weissbier Honey Orange Hefeweizen

Just brewed this up today. I slightly changed the grain schedule just to have the beer finish at 5%, and then since Little Cuties, Clementines, are now out I juiced a pint of Clementines and added it to the end of the boil. Can't wait to see how it turns out!

    DFH 120 minute clone

Well I finally attempted this bad boy and man what a fun beer! My plan was to use the grain schedule from the beginning of this thread, and then use Pacific Jade Hops for bittering, and Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Pacific Jade through the rest of the boil. I wanted to have the beer finish out at...

Stone 15th Anniversary Escondidian Imperial Black IPA clone

I checked my gravity last night, and it is down to 1.014 and steady. Took a taste and this beer will rock. Lots of coffee, cocoa and of course alcohol, as mine will be about 9.5%. I can't wait to put it in the secondary on Friday, because I have a full pound of Nelson Sauvin that I am itching to...
