Alright, got everything sorted and ready to go for tomorrow's brew day, even have a bottle of my first brew so I can relax properly. Also ended up going with WhiteLabs English Ale Yeast (WLP002). :mug:
So the LHBS has all the ingredients I need except for the yeast. Are there any substitutions I can consider? Like a general type of yeast to go with? I was assuming any type of irish ale yeast but wasn't sure.
This being only my second brew, any help would be appreciated. :)
First batch is bottle conditioning, Irish Red Ale. Never had it before so I went to the local BevMo and picked up a pack of O'Hara's Red to compare. Seems somewhat similar which is a good thing.
