Brewed this yesterday & woke up to this. I've had some vigorous fermentations in the past but never any blow offs lol

Just poured my 1st glass of this. Must say it really does taste like Stella. Turned out great, will brew this again thnx for the recipe.

I keg from it as well but just use an auto siphon.

I have one, has always treated me well. Usually have a couple batches fermenting at once. But it works just as good as my airlock vessel. It's nice to because its easy to clean & you can watch your brew ferment being its clear.

Has anyone here brewed this & Da Yoopers pale ale. There similar recipes & was wondering which was better ? Thanks

Scored a # of Cascade hops @ a good deal so want to use some of them up in my next batch. I'm really not a big fan of IPA's. So was wondering if anyone can recommend some all grain, non- IPA recipies. Thnx.
