Learned something new today. Welding supply places do not have beverage grade gas. Meaning they actually have oil in them. A beverage place has no oil it's called pure gas.

The old Pin Lock kegs by Coke didnt have the relief valves but a fuse type valve. I think they release at 140 psi. But one it releases you have replace it. I just take the gas line off and purge it with a screwdriver or they actually make a little plastic cap that goes on the co2 in.

I have the same smoker. It's good to start out with but. You have to modify the fire box so that the fire can breathe and so the ashes fall out the bottom and don't smother the coals. It's also great for Beer Can Chicken. But If you really get into smoking things you will want to upgrade.
